I am proud of my delicious preserves and I love crafting them especially for you!  After all, your "yums" and "wows" send me happily back to the kitchen every week during our growing season! My preserves are all very special and in limited supply. I produce them in season with the vegetables and fruit grown here on our Certified Naturally Grown farm. I am usually completely out of stock  for the season by January of any given year and begin to preserve again in the coming July.  In the rare event of shipping damage, I will gladly replace your selections.  Due to the seasonality of my artisan preserving and their popularity, this  replacement may be in the form of one of the following:

-a quick replacement(s) shipped to you, if I still have some this season;

 -a gift certificate for the same product in the coming season, including shipping to you,  if  I do not have any left;

-your choice of  any of my other delicious products, still available this season, shipped to you as your replacement; or, 

 -a credit to your account minus the original,  flat rate shipping. (Due to the nature of  flat rate shipping, I can only refund it in the event of  the loss of or damage to the whole order.)  This means that, if the shipment was only a partially damaged,  you will get a credit to your account for $12.95 per jar that arrived damaged.
